Executive transportation at ART is built around one traveler and one schedule: the executive, founder or VIP guest who needs to arrive composed and ready for what comes next. Your chauffeur is suited, discreet and focused on the drive. The cabin is quiet enough for a call. And whoever booked the trip, often an assistant, can reach us directly by phone or WhatsApp while the day is underway.
Quick answer
Executive transportation is pre-booked chauffeur service for an individual executive or VIP: a black sedan or SUV, a professional chauffeur, a planned pickup and a private, quiet cabin. ART serves Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, including MIA, FLL and the private aviation terminals. The traveler or an assistant can book, and changes are handled directly by phone or WhatsApp.

What executive travelers expect, and how we plan for it
Our standards come down to five words: safety, comfort, reliability, discretion and professionalism. For an executive client, they turn into specific habits on every ride.
- Discretion: calls, conversations and destinations stay in the car
- Privacy, with premium tinted windows in the Suburban RST
- Pickup times planned around traffic, terminals and the day's calendar
- A quiet cabin for calls and preparation between meetings
- Luggage handled at the curb, the terminal and the hotel
- Clean, well-maintained vehicles with premium presentation
Booking for an executive: how it works for assistants
Many executive rides are booked by an assistant or travel coordinator on someone else’s behalf. This is how that works with us.
01
Send the itinerary
Traveler’s name and mobile number, flights, addresses, meeting times and any preferences.
02
Get the confirmation
We confirm the vehicle class, price and details; a quote request is not a reservation until then.
03
Choose who hears from us
Tell us whether updates on the day go to the traveler, to you, or to both.
04
Day of travel
We track flights given with the correct flight number, and the chauffeur meets the traveler as agreed.
05
After the ride
The card on file is charged after the ride, with any agreed extras.
When the itinerary changes
Executive days rarely run exactly to plan. Send changes as early as you can, ideally 3 or more hours before pickup. Each change depends on availability and may alter the rate, and we confirm it with you directly.
If a flight is late, we work to the actual arrival, and an airline delay alone is never counted as waiting time. Domestic pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after landing and international pickups include 90. If the day itself is open-ended, book the chauffeur by the hour so the car stays with the executive between meetings.
Executive car service in Miami and across South Florida
An executive day in Miami can move between Brickell, Downtown and Coral Gables, with lunch in Miami Beach and an evening flight out of Miami International Airport. In Broward and Palm Beach counties, the same executive transportation covers Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.
Flying private? We provide ground transfers for private flights at Miami-Opa Locka Executive (OPF), Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE), Boca Raton Airport (BCT) and Miami Executive Airport (TMB). Arrangements at each terminal are confirmed with your quote, and our private aviation transfers page explains how those pickups work.
VIP transportation for guests and visiting clients
When the passenger is your guest, such as a board member, a speaker or a client flying in, the ride is part of the welcome. Meet and greet arrangements are confirmed with your quote, and our airport meet and greet section explains how arrivals work.
For VIP transportation, request our primary vehicle, the Suburban RST: captain’s chairs, a starlight ceiling, ambient lighting and complimentary chilled Fiji water make a strong first impression on a guest. A Premium SUV or Luxury Sedan is available as well. For guests based at a hotel or resort, see hotel and resort transportation.
Executive transportation or corporate transportation?
The two overlap, but they solve different problems. Executive transportation is about one person’s day and how it feels from the back seat. Corporate transportation is about a company’s travel as a whole.
| If you need | Start with |
|---|---|
| A chauffeur for one executive or VIP guest | Executive transportation |
| Airport runs for a team, a roadshow or a convention | Corporate transportation |
| One direct ride between two addresses | Point-to-point transportation |
| A pre-booked ride for any purpose | Black car service |
If you are moving a team or planning a company event, our corporate transportation for teams, roadshows and conventions page explains how company-level bookings are coordinated. For a single ride with no special handling, black car service is the simpler starting point.
The executive chauffeur standard
An executive chauffeur is suited, courteous and focused on the drive. Doors, bags and route are handled without fuss, the cabin stays clean, and the ride stays calm so the passenger can think, call or rest.
Artem Kaida worked eight years in Chicago’s limousine and private transportation industry before bringing ART to South Florida. That background shapes how we look after executive clients: personal communication, punctuality and long-term relationships. ART Executive Services is Licensed, Permitted & Commercially Insured.

Executive Transportation questions
Can my assistant book and manage the ride?
Yes. Assistants and travel coordinators can book on the traveler’s behalf by phone, WhatsApp, email or online. Tell us who should receive updates on the day, whether that is the traveler, you or both, and we will keep that person informed before the ride and while it is underway.
Is the cabin suitable for phone calls?
Yes. Our vehicles are comfortable and well maintained, and the chauffeur keeps the ride calm so the passenger can take calls or prepare between meetings. If the executive needs working time, tell us and we will plan the route and pickup times around it.
Can you meet a private flight?
Yes. We provide ground transfers for private flights at Miami-Opa Locka Executive (OPF), Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE), Boca Raton Airport (BCT) and Miami Executive Airport (TMB). Share the FBO, the tail number and the arrival time, and arrangements are confirmed with your quote.
What if a meeting runs long?
On an hourly booking the car stays with the executive, so a longer meeting uses more of the booked hours. On a one-way ride, non-airport pickups include 10 minutes of complimentary waiting, and longer waits are billed in 15-minute blocks according to the vehicle class.
Which vehicle suits executive transportation?
A Luxury SUV, such as our primary 2026 Chevrolet Suburban RST, suits most executive days, with room for luggage and a quiet cabin. A Premium SUV is quoted on request, and a Luxury Sedan suits a single traveler with light bags. Specific make and model is subject to availability.
