A private flight can land early, late, or at a different field than planned. A private jet car service has to absorb that, so one team stays reachable by phone or WhatsApp from your first message to the drop-off.

Ramp access: where the FBO permits
Every FBO sets its own rules for vehicles on the ramp, and those rules can change with security conditions on the day. Where the FBO permits, your chauffeur can meet the aircraft. Otherwise, the meeting point is the FBO lobby or the front door. We confirm which applies when we quote.
Some FBOs ask for the chauffeur’s name and vehicle details in advance. If yours does, tell us who to send them to, or share the FBO’s contact, so the arrangements are in place before you land.
Include the tail number
FBOs identify arriving aircraft by tail number, so it is the most useful detail you can give us.

FBO car service for departures and onward trips
An FBO car service works in both directions. For departures, tell us the FBO, the planned departure time and when the crew wants you there, and we plan the pickup around it. At a home or hotel, the complimentary wait is 10 minutes.
After you land, the car can stay with you by the hour for meetings and dinners with our hourly chauffeur service, or continue to Naples, Orlando or the Keys with long-distance transportation.
Pricing, booking and cancellations
Private aviation transfers are quoted rather than listed, because the FBO, destination, time and vehicle all vary. Quotes include tolls, a 20% gratuity is added to the fare, and a card on file secures the booking and is charged after the ride.

What details do you need for an FBO pickup?
The FBO name and airport, the tail number, the date and estimated arrival time, the number of passengers and every bag, including golf bags. Add the drop-off address and any stops. If the schedule changes, message us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as the crew updates the time.
Can the car meet us at the aircraft?
Only where the FBO permits it. Ramp access is set by each FBO and airport and can vary from day to day. Where planeside access isn’t allowed, your chauffeur meets you in the FBO lobby or at the front door. We confirm the arrangement with your quote.
Which private airports do you serve?
Miami-Opa Locka Executive (OPF), Miami Executive (TMB), Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE) and Boca Raton Airport (BCT), plus the FBOs at Miami International, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood and Palm Beach Airport (DJT, formerly PBI). What happens if our flight arrives early or late?
Tell us as soon as the crew gives a new time and we adjust the pickup. Private schedules can move in either direction, and the earlier we hear, the easier it is to have the car in place. Waiting terms for your trip are confirmed with your quote.
Can you handle a larger party from a private flight?
Yes. Multiple vehicles can be arranged, and Sprinters, vans or coaches are available on request. Tell us the passenger count and every bag so the vehicles fit, and we’ll coordinate the timing so the whole party leaves the FBO together.
