Team airport runs and arrivals
Team travel rarely lands at once. Send a list of travelers with their flight numbers, arrival times and drop-off addresses, and we plan pickups at Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Palm Beach Airport (DJT), formerly PBI, around each arrival.
Flights are tracked when the correct flight number is given. Domestic pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after the actual arrival and international pickups include 90, and an airline delay alone is never treated as waiting time. Roadshow transportation and meeting days
A roadshow day moves fast: back-to-back meetings in Brickell and Downtown Miami, lunch in Coral Gables, then a drive north to Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton. Send the schedule with addresses and meeting times, and tell us who on the team should hear from us. The cabin stays quiet for calls between stops. Schedules shift, so tell us at least 3 hours ahead where you can. Any change is subject to availability and may affect the rate.
Conventions, trade shows and company events
