The couple’s car is the one in the photos and the one waiting at the end of the night. The black Suburban RST, ART’s primary vehicle, gives a gown room to settle, with captain’s chairs, a starlight headliner and complimentary chilled Fiji water. A Mercedes-Benz S-Class or similar sedan suits a quieter, classic arrival.

Bridesmaids, groomsmen and parents usually run on their own schedule, starting at the getting-ready suites and ending at the reception. Airport pickups for out-of-town guests
Destination weddings bring guests through MIA, FLL and Palm Beach Airport (DJT, formerly PBI). Send us names, flight numbers and hotels, and we coordinate the pickups; guests landing close together can share one vehicle. We track each flight when the correct flight number is given. Waiting time after the actual landing is 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international ones, and an airline delay alone never counts as waiting time. The send-off and the ride home
The last ride of the night matters as much as the first. Whether you book a wedding limo service in Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach, we schedule the couple’s car for the send-off: a short ride to the hotel, or an airport drop-off the next morning for the honeymoon. Late shuttle runs take guests back to their hotels, so the celebration ends safely.

Do you provide stretch limousines for weddings?
Yes, on request. Stretch limousines are arranged through partners for your date, and passenger fit and details are confirmed with your quote. A black SUV or luxury sedan is another option for the couple, with easy entry in a gown and room for photos at the door.
Can you shuttle guests between the hotel and the venue?
Yes. Sprinters, mini coaches and motor coaches can be arranged to run between your hotel block and the venue at set times. Tell us the guest count, both addresses and the schedule, and we confirm the number and size of vehicles in your quote.
What is the cancellation policy for wedding cars?
For sedans and SUVs, cancelling 24 hours or more before pickup carries no charge; later cancellations may be charged up to the full fare, and no-shows are charged in full. Terms for arranged vehicles are confirmed with your quote. See our reservation and cancellation policy.
What do you need from us for a quote?
