Arriving at a hotel in Miami Beach, Brickell, Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach is easier when the car is booked before you land. Your chauffeur collects you, loads the bags and drives you to the entrance. Airport-to-hotel transfers
Give us your flight number and hotel when you book. We track the flight and plan the pickup around the actual landing: domestic pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after arrival and international pickups 90 minutes. Meet and greet arrangements are confirmed with your quote, and child seats are available on request for families.

If you spend a night at a hotel before sailing, the cruise transfer starts at the front door. Your chauffeur loads the luggage at the hotel and unloads it at the terminal curb, and pickups after the cruise bring you back to the hotel or the airport. Reservations are for a vehicle class, and an equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be substituted. Hotel pickups include 10 minutes of complimentary waiting. Changes are best sent three or more hours before pickup.
Weddings, conferences and groups at your property
When a property hosts a wedding block or a conference, guests need to move together. We arrange Sprinters, mini coaches and motor coaches for shuttles between the hotel and the venue, airport group arrivals and offsite dinners. Can a hotel concierge book rides for guests?
Yes. Concierge teams can send requests by phone, WhatsApp or email with the guest’s name, pickup time and trip details. We confirm the vehicle, price and details before the ride, and both the chauffeur and our team stay in touch while it is underway.
Do you take overflow work from other transportation companies?
Yes. Transportation affiliates and travel partners can pass rides to ART in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Contact us to discuss the vehicle classes you need, how confirmations are sent and who the day-of contact is for each ride.
How long will the chauffeur wait at the hotel?
Hotel and other non-airport pickups include 10 minutes of complimentary waiting. If a guest needs more time, call or message us. Extra waiting after the allowance is charged by vehicle class, as set out in our reservation and cancellation policy.
Can you take guests from the hotel to the cruise port?
Yes. Our hotel car service runs to both PortMiami and Port Everglades, with luggage loaded at the hotel and unloaded at the terminal curb. Share the sailing date, the terminal if you know it, and the number of passengers and bags, and we plan the pickup time.
Which hotels and areas do you cover?
Hotels and resorts across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, including Miami Beach, Brickell and Downtown Miami, Aventura and Sunny Isles, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach island. Longer rides to other Florida cities are quoted on request.
