Is a quote request a reservation?
No. A quote request is an inquiry until we confirm the vehicle, price and details with you. A card on file then secures the reservation and is charged after the ride. See the reservation and cancellation policy.
Can I book by WhatsApp?
Yes. Message (728) 777-3721 on WhatsApp with your pickup, drop-off, date, time, passengers and bags, and we reply there.
Do you have an office I can visit?
ART is a service-area business based in Miami. We do not have a walk-in office; your chauffeur comes to you anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
How is the final fare set?
Fares include tolls, and a 20% gratuity is added to the fare. The final fare is confirmed after we review the exact addresses, date, pickup time and availability.
