What we collect
We collect the details you choose to send us when you request a quote, book a ride or contact us:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Trip details such as pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times, flight numbers, passengers, bags and special requests
- Messages you send by phone, WhatsApp, email or Instagram
How we use it
- To reply with your quote and answer your questions
- To arrange, confirm and carry out your ride, including flight tracking for airport pickups
- To contact you about your trip before, during and after the ride
When we share it
We share trip details only with the people who need them to complete your ride, such as your chauffeur or, for group vehicles and accessible rides, the partner who provides the vehicle. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
A card on file secures a confirmed reservation and is charged after the ride. We do not ask for card numbers through the quote forms on this website.
