Miami to Key West car service and the Florida Keys
Key West sits at the end of the Overseas Highway (US-1), about 160 miles from Miami. The usual route takes Florida’s Turnpike south to Florida City, then follows US-1 across the bridges and keys. Speed limits drop through the towns, and one slowdown can hold up the whole road because there is rarely a second route. The Florida Keys tourism site is useful for planning stops.
A Miami to Key West car service suits families, groups and anyone with real luggage, since nobody has to spend the day driving. Key Largo, Islamorada and Marathon have their own starting rates, so a stay in the Upper or Middle Keys is priced on its own. Our guide to Miami to Key West transportation options compares driving, buses, flights and a private car.
Orlando, Naples and the Gulf Coast
A Miami to Orlando car service usually heads north on Florida’s Turnpike to a theme-park hotel, a convention venue, a home or Orlando International Airport. Families going to the parks can add child seats at $20 each per transfer; tell us each child’s age and weight. More on traveling with children is on our family transportation page.
Naples is the usual west-coast run, by I-75 across Alligator Alley from Broward or along US-41 from Miami. Fort Myers, Sarasota and Tampa are quoted on request, as are other Florida destinations. Send the exact address, because a beach hotel and an inland home can price differently. In short, we run long distance car service Florida-wide, from the Keys to the Gulf Coast and Central Florida.
Brightline station transfers
Brightline trains connect several South Florida cities, but the station is rarely your final address. We provide door-to-door Brightline station transfers to and from the Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach stations, so the ride to the train and the ride from it are both handled.
For a station pickup, send your train date and scheduled arrival time, and message us when you are off the train. For a drop-off, give us your departure time and we plan the pickup around it. Current schedules and station details are on the Brightline website. For shorter one-way rides across town, see point-to-point transportation.
Planning stops, breaks and the return trip
Long-distance transportation is easier with breaks planned in. Tell us when you book if you want a meal stop, a coffee break or time at a viewpoint along the way. Additional stops are requested in advance, and any fee depends on distance, time and waiting, so it is part of your quote rather than a surprise later.
- Return trips can be booked with the outbound ride and quoted together.
- Overnight and multi-day itineraries are quoted on request.
- Changes are best requested at least 3 hours before pickup and depend on availability.
- Sedan and SUV cancellations 24 hours or more before pickup carry no charge.
Sedan and SUV cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged up to the full fare, and a no-show is charged in full. The complete terms are in our Reservation & Cancellation Policy.
Beyond Florida: select U.S. cities
Your travel may not end in Florida. Service in select U.S. cities, including Chicago, can be coordinated subject to confirmation, so a car at the other end of your trip can be arranged through us as well. Our founder, Artem Kaida, spent eight years in Chicago’s limousine and private transportation industry before bringing ART to South Florida, so Chicago is familiar ground. Ask when you request your quote and we will confirm what is possible for your dates.
Choosing a vehicle for the long haul
For long-distance transportation, the vehicle matters more than on a short city ride: legroom, luggage space and a quiet cabin count for hours, not minutes. Our published long-distance rates are for a Luxury SUV; sedans, Premium SUVs and larger vehicles are quoted on request. Each class is shown on our fleet page.
Traveling as a bigger group? We arrange Sprinters, mini coaches and motor coaches for long trips, with passenger and luggage fit confirmed in your quote; see group transportation. For a solo traveler with one bag and a flexible day, a bus or a flight can cost less, and it is worth comparing before you book.

Can the chauffeur wait and drive us back the same day?
Return trips are quoted on request, based on the route, how long you need at the destination and the vehicle. Include your planned return time when you ask for a quote, and we will price the round trip together so you know the total before you travel.
