ART’s hourly chauffeur service keeps a black sedan or SUV and a professional chauffeur with you for as long as your plans need, from the first pickup to the last stop. When you only need to get from one address to another, we drive you there directly on a ride quoted per trip. This page sets out both options, our hourly rates and how to choose between them.
Quick answer
ART’s hourly rates start at $100 per hour for a Luxury Sedan and $120 per hour for a Luxury SUV, with a 3-hour minimum, and Premium SUVs are quoted on request. Fares include tolls, a 20% gratuity is added, and the card you leave on file is charged only after the ride. For a single direct trip between two addresses, a point-to-point ride is quoted per trip instead.

Hourly chauffeur service rates
These are starting rates by vehicle class. The final price is confirmed after we review your addresses, date, pickup time and availability.
| Vehicle class | Hourly rate | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Luxury Sedan (Mercedes-Benz S-Class or similar) | from $100 per hour | 3 hours |
| Luxury SUV (Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL, Ford Expedition or similar) | from $120 per hour | 3 hours |
| Premium SUV (Cadillac Escalade ESV, Lincoln Navigator or similar) | Quote on request | Confirmed with your quote |
Fares include tolls. A 20% gratuity is added to the fare. Child seats are $20 each, requested in advance. Private city tours are booked at these hourly rates.
The arithmetic is simple. Three hours in a Luxury Sedan starts at $300 and three hours in a Luxury SUV starts at $360, before the 20% gratuity. Each additional hour adds the hourly rate for that vehicle, and your quote confirms how time is counted for your booking.

Hourly or point-to-point: which fits your plans
Both options use the same black vehicles and the same professional chauffeurs. The difference is whether the car stays with you or drops you off and leaves.
Book by the hour when
- You have several stops and the car needs to wait between them
- Meetings, viewings or appointments might run long
- You want one chauffeur and one vehicle for the whole day or evening
- You are planning a sightseeing day or a shopping afternoon
Book point-to-point when
- You need one direct ride between two addresses
- The trip is a dinner, a meeting or a hotel transfer with no waiting
- You want a price for the ride itself rather than a block of hours
Our point-to-point transportation page explains how direct one-way trips are quoted. If the hours are for a celebration rather than a working day, hourly limo service for nights out and events covers occasion bookings, with stretch limousines arranged on request.
What a chauffeur by the hour looks like in practice
Booking by the hour works best when the day has a shape but not a fixed end. Your chauffeur waits while you’re inside and has the car at the door when you’re ready for the next address.
- A day of meetings in Brickell, Downtown Miami and Coral Gables
- Property viewings between Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton
- Shopping and lunch in Bal Harbour and Aventura
- A run of appointments for a relative who would rather not wait for a ride home
Sightseeing works the same way. A private city tour is booked at the hourly rates, with the route planned around what you want to see. For ideas, Miami & the Beaches lists neighborhoods and events worth building a day around.
Waiting time, extra stops and changes
On an hourly booking the car stays with you between stops. On a point-to-point ride, the allowance is 10 minutes of complimentary waiting at non-airport pickups. Airport pickups include 60 minutes after a domestic arrival and 90 minutes after an international one, counted from the actual landing. We track the flight when you give us the correct flight number, and an airline delay alone is never treated as your waiting time.
| Vehicle class | Extra waiting after the allowance |
|---|---|
| Luxury Sedan | $20 per 15 minutes |
| Luxury SUV | $25 per 15 minutes |
| Premium SUV | $30 per 15 minutes |
Applies once the complimentary waiting allowance on a transfer has been used.
Extra stops are welcome when requested in advance, and any fee depends on distance, time and waiting. Changes are best sent at least 3 hours before pickup. They depend on availability and can change the rate. Full terms are on the reservation and cancellation policy page.
Choosing the vehicle
Every vehicle is black and 2025 or newer. Our primary vehicle is the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban RST, which pairs captain’s chairs and premium tinted windows with a starlight headliner and complimentary chilled Fiji water. A Luxury Sedan suits a smaller party, and a Premium SUV such as a Cadillac Escalade ESV or Lincoln Navigator is quoted on request.
Include your passengers and bags when you ask for a quote, and check capacities on the fleet page. Specific make and model is subject to availability, and an equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be substituted. For bigger parties, Sprinters, vans and coaches can be arranged.
Chauffeur service in South Florida, run by people you can reach
Booking a private chauffeur in Miami should feel personal. You deal directly with the people running your trip, by phone or WhatsApp, from the first message to the final drop-off. ART was founded by Artem Kaida after eight years in Chicago’s limousine and private transportation industry, and that standard of punctuality and discretion carries into every hourly chauffeur service booking.
We cover Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, so one booking can start in Miami, pass through Fort Lauderdale and finish in Boca Raton. New to pre-booked rides? Our guides on what a black car service is and chauffeur vs driver explain what a professional chauffeur adds.

Chauffeur Service questions
How does the 3-hour minimum work?
Hourly chauffeur service is booked for at least 3 hours. A shorter outing is still priced at the minimum, so it helps to plan your stops to use the time. Beyond 3 hours, each extra hour is added at the hourly rate for your vehicle, and your quote confirms how time is counted.
Is gratuity included in the hourly rate?
The hourly rate is listed before gratuity. A 20% gratuity is added to the fare and tolls are already included, so you can work out the total before you book. The card on file is charged after the ride, together with any agreed extras such as additional stops.
Should I book hourly or point-to-point for an airport run?
For a single airport pickup or drop-off, a transfer priced by itinerary and vehicle is usually the better fit, and starting fares are listed on each airport page. Book by the hour if you are adding stops, such as a lunch meeting on the way to the hotel or a day of appointments after landing.
Can I add stops during an hourly booking?
Yes, that is what an hourly booking is for. Tell us the stops you already know when you book, and let your chauffeur know about new ones on the day. Extra time beyond the hours booked depends on availability, so mention long routes across counties up front.
Do you provide child seats for hourly bookings?
Yes. Child seats are $20 each and should be requested in advance. Tell us each child’s age when you book so we bring the right seat, whether you choose hourly chauffeur service or a single point-to-point ride.
Reserve a chauffeur by the hour
We reply with your quote by phone or text.
A quote request is not a confirmed reservation. See our Reservation & Cancellation Policy.
Need a car for the whole day?
Send your first pickup and the stops you have in mind, and we'll quote the hours and the vehicle.
